In order to maintain the pleasant atmosphere here at Loitering.co.nr, the staff has created a general Forum Policy. This policy covers the basic rules for forum behavior, and is an agreement all members are held to. Please note that by posting within Loitering.co.nr, you are consenting to follow the below rules. Those found in violation of the Forum Policy will be subject to administrative action.
Posting
A. Posts may not contain material in violation of the Proboards Terms of Service (TOS).
This includes, but is not limited to:
Offensive remarks towards specific members, staff, or generalized groupings.
Racial slurs, grossly sexual jokes, or excessive language.
Pornographic materials in any form, written or visual
Copyrighted materials
Instructions for illegal activities (i.e. downloading illegally)
Advertisements or recruitment messages
Messages solely in a language other than English
B. Both positive and negative comments are welcome. Negative comments should be made in a constructive manner.
C. Reports of a policy violation should be sent via personal message to the acting Moderator (orange names) of the area which the violation is in or alternatively to a Global Moderator (blue names) or Administrators (green names). Under no circumstances should reports be posted.
D. Should a situation occur where a member or staff has broken the policy or section rules, the administrative powers takes control. Other members should avoid posting, as they risk getting involved. This includes such posts as "This should be locked", "Wrong board", and "Don't double post". Instead, members should report violations quickly as described in Part C.
E. When posting, consider grammar and spelling. The post should be readable and the message clear. Not doing so risks a misinterpretation by staff and other members.
F. Topic titles should not contain extra exclamation/question marks or be entirely capitalized.
G. Members should maintain a friendly and helpful manner towards others; many join to receive support on certain graphical or coding problems. Kindness helps to create potential solid members.

If a member is unsure whether their posting content is suitable, he or she should first read the Posting section of the Forum Policy. If still unsure, the member should private message a staff member.
**Please be aware the locking of a post is not a severe punishment. Members are merely expected to learn from the mistakes.
B. Due to the new warning system, senior staff members are now able to institute a series of warnings. They appear in a red bar beneath member names and serve to allow the administration full consideration on a member's rights.
Only Administrators and Global Moderators can issue/increase/decrease a warning level.
Warnings are increased by a percention that is in direct relation to the offense committed.

3 dice rolls for every single shot projectile attack (ex: rifle, shotgun, cannon). You can only attack this way once per 2 turns.
2 dice rolls for every melee attack (ex: sword, fists, axe). You can attack this way any turn.
4 dice rols for explosives (ex: grenades, time bombs). You can attack this way any turn, but all members have limited 4 explosive in total at the start of any role play. Explosive will deal damage to every member in a party.
Rolling a 1, 2, or 3 results in a total miss. Rolling a 4, 5, or 6 results in a hit, inflicting as much damage as displayed on the dice.
You need to keep the dice rolls in your post to prevent cheating.
D. If your character is to die, s/he can be ressurected back to 20 points by another member after 5 posts. If a vehicle is destroyed, all members inside are killed along with it. If you are killed by explosive or something so crazy and deadly there is no way to survive without some how insuring yourself a way out of it, you are 100% dead and can't be revived. You then must go to the death count/cloning chamber in your factions HQ and declare your death and cause. Then you can go and do another role play. Also, other members don't necessarially have to revive you.
If you have any questions regarding the rules, please PM a member of the staff.
Many thanks.
